Hello, anyone who is reading. I have come to notify everyone who cares that I am currently developing a remake of my Pong! game, but instead of writing it in JavaScript like it's predecessor. I am developing it in the Unity Game Engine! It will be available to play with Unity WebGL. It will be completely different. And will have three difficulty modes:

  1. Normal Mode - This is the easiest difficulty. Everything is much slower in this game mode. Making it easier to react.
  2. Hard Mode - The speed has increased! Making it hard to keep up. And this means to play this mode you will need to have fast reaction times!
  3. Impossible Mode - The name says it all! Playing this mode is even more difficult than the already difficult 'Hard Mode' the AI and the ball are incredibly fast. If you can even score once in this mode (intentionally) then kudos to you!

Along with 1 extra mode which will be referred to as "Obstacle Mode" this mode will spawn an obstacle if you score. This mode will always be played with the difficulty of 'Hard Mode". In Obstacle Mode the player (you) will be greeted by obstacles that will spawn if you score on the AI. These obstacles will spawn in messing with the path of the ball. And yes the Unity Remake will actually have a ball rather than a bloody cube. I couldn't for the life of me figure out how to change it from a cube to the graphic I made (in Javascript). You see I had created a nice little ball graphic for the Javascript version of the game. Although I could not for the life of me figure out how to change it from the cube (which was generated by code) to the graphic in Javascript. Anyways the new Unity Remake is almost complete. I just have to create the Obstacle Mode, change the size of a few objects, and add a few sfx (sound effects (for anyone who doesn't know what that means)).

Here are a few screenshots of the new version of the game so far (is subject to change):
